Delete Account
Permanently remove your profile and all associated data

1 Open your profile
Tap on “Personal Center” or your profile avatar located in the bottom navigation bar or the top right corner. This will take you to your personal profile overview.
2 Tap the menu button (☰)
On your profile page, look for the ☰ Menu icon at the top‑right corner. Tap it to open the side menu or action sheet.
3 Go to Settings
In the menu, select ⚙️ Settings. This will open the app’s configuration and privacy preferences.
4 Tap on Account
Inside the Settings screen, find and tap “Account” or “Account & Security”. Here you’ll see your email address and account management options.
5 Tap “Delete Account” and confirm
Scroll to the bottom of the Account page. Tap on “Delete Account” and carefully follow the on-screen instructions. You may be asked to confirm your password or verify your identity before the deletion is finalized.
⚠️ Important: Account deletion is irreversible.
Once deleted, all your personal data, history, and saved content associated with jackey008009@gmail.com will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. Please make sure to export any important data before proceeding.
📌 What happens after deletion?
- Your profile will no longer be visible to other users.
- All personal information, messages, and content will be erased from our active systems within 30 days.
- Some anonymized data may be retained for legal compliance or fraud prevention (no longer linked to your email).
- If you change your mind, you must create a new account — there is no way to restore a deleted profile.
- The email address jackey008009@gmail.com cannot be reused for a new registration.

Make sure your app is updated to the latest version. If the issue persists, contact support via the link below. Also verify you are logged into the correct account: jackey008009@gmail.com.
